[TYPO3-project-4-3] TYPO3 autoloader case sensitivity: your opinion please

Hi everybody,

when Olly and myself prepared the Autoloader, we created a new module 
for the Extdeveval extension which can generate the autoloader for you.

@Olly: Is this in the extdeveval extension already?
