[TYPO3-project-4-3] TYPO3 autoloader case sensitivity: your opinion please

Well, that was written to the best of my knowledge... I didn't know 
about hidden features to automatically generate the ext_autoload.php 
file. But as I said in my answer to Xavier, I suspect this is a purely 
extbase feature and not available in "traditional" extensions.
