[TYPO3-project-4-3] Unit Tests in Core

Hi,

since we have some unit tests in the core now and I hope that the number
of (good) tests will grow in future, I think it would be good to write
an article or documentation about that.

It shall be clear to developer that did not use unit tests before
* how unit tests work
* how the core unit tests can be used by installing the PHPunit extension
* how to write own (good) test cases
* how to hand in patches with test cases that demonstrate and check the
correct behaviour
* what the drawbacks are (e.g. frontend testing, workspace testing, etc.)

Any volunteers? ;) Thanks in advance!
