[TYPO3-project-4-3] Module system status report

Hi (Ingo),

got a feature wish for this module: I would really love to have a button 
  to export all settings to plain file or a textarea to copy it from 
there cause this would really help to support people.

Another wish is to have all installed extensions including the version 
number there.

Maybe even the important settings of localconf like IM/GM path, combat. 
version and so on
