[TYPO3-project-4-3] logs, messages etc

Hi,

looking to the core we have different "systems" and as dev i'm confused 
which one to use for which situation.
I already discussed that with Rupi and there has to be a logic 
connection between each other.

We have logs:
* sys log
* be log
* dev log

messages:
* flash messages
* printError

beside that we have
* errorhandler
* exception handler

So we have to connect them imho in a logic way, eg add a flag to 
flashmessages to log them etc.

What do you think?
