[TYPO3-project-4-3] FYI: DAM starts being usable with DBAL

Hi,

I'm glad to announce that extension DAM starts to be usable with 
DBAL-trunk. Problem I had was that the metadata form could not be shown. 
After enhancing SQL parser, the forms shows correctly and I was able to 
index and extract metadata for a few documents successfully.
