Just remember that UI changes have to be approved by the HCI team. Once 
you have your vote, you can open an entry in the UI/UX team's bug 
tracker on forge. Only when it is approved there, can it go as a patch 
to the core list.

Maybe that's what you intended anyway, after all you're part of that 
team IIRC.
