[TYPO3-project-4-3] new fe_edit

Hey guys,

the Frontend Editing is in full development. However it is very time 
critical (lots of things to do), so the Core Team decided to put some 
more resources behnid that feature. Jeff and the WEC team are still the 
main developers on the project.
