great news!
I guess we will have 4.3 out by the end of summer the earliest. Which is
not bad considering its value. The important thing is not to loose the
momentum of community.

One question Oliver..
I need to start using memcached asap and was waiting for 4.3, but at
this moment I am thinking of start using it now. 4.3 has some memcached
framework that I was looking forward to use. I am using 4.2.6 now. Does
it make sense to create a patch for memcached for 4.2.6, or maybe start
using one of exts I found, or maybe something else so that when 4.3
comes out I do nto go through to much refactoring of the code.

thank you for your advise in advance.
