[TYPO3-project-4-3] CSS BE issues

Hi,

I assume that for this the html-output has to be modified and not only 
CSS, right? Wouldn't it then be a good idea at this point to make the BE 
template driven with a GUI-API based on FLUID? (maybe even compatible 
with v5).
