I'd rather choose an official "TYPO3 Association" user account.


I've already suggested this to Peter Proell (TYPO3 Association) in April
and he promised to bring this up in the next board meeting and discuss
it with Michael.


This account could then be owner of orphaned extension keys and those
that are used in the core.
