[TYPO3-project-4-3] 4.3 availability? when?

Hi all,

on the announcement page I read 4.3 will be available may 2009.
We already have May2009 and the only download I see is alpha2.

Which means for me, that the RCs or even the final will take another 6 to  
8 Month to finish.

Is that right?
Or maybe  a memeber of the release team could post some up to date  
inofrmation on the final 4.3?!
