[TYPO3-project-4-3] Feature Example Extension

Hi Steffen

I would join that team right away and commit examples for extension 
development features.

Nice would be a 'prove of concept' extension without any purpose than 
showing of features for extension developers.

Every feature patch for the typo3 backend which is directly ment for 
extension developers, should also lead to a patch for this example 
extension.
