I've reate a feature request for that in the bugtracker since I could
not find any:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=10639

There I attached a modified version of the patch since one hunk failed
due to recent cleanup in /typo3/sysext/setup/mod/index.php.

Is there a possibility to have the feature enabled by default? I think
that would be good for the upcoming alpha release...
