[TYPO3-project-4-3] Workspace Module - Migration of mod/user/ws to sysext/version/mod1?

Hey Sonja,

great work. I would also like to see all workspace (as much as possible, 
I know we can't get everything out) things in a "workspacess" extension. 
Although I have not too much insight into workspaces, I can help extract 
the code for the visual stuff (module, toolbar item menu etc) into a sysext.

In any case, I would recommend splitting up the project in several 
steps, so we could migrate parts of it into 4.3 already (and the 
reviewing process wouldn't be too much at a time). E.g. I would consider 
"extraction process in a sysext" as one step. From there, it's easier to 
make workspace related changes and then merge fully functional phases 
2,3,4,5 back to the main trunk. Or will there be a full reviewing 
weekend anyway? (Olly, maybe you have some info here...)
