[TYPO3-project-4-3] Unit tests

Hey, it's me again :-)

I'm now trying to run the existing unit tests from the Core, but weirdly 
I'm not seeing any... I see tests from oelib, TemplaVoilà, but none from 
core. I'm also not seeing any tests from ExtBase and Fluid...

I'm running version 3.3.7 of extension phpunit and I remember something 
about this being a patched version needed to run Core tests. The current 
version in the TER is 3.3.12. Is it okay (or even necessary) to update 
to that version?
