[TYPO3-project-4-3] Extension manager without scrollbar

I have updated the typo3 from 4.2.x to 4.3 and when I open the extension manager Firefox(Safari) and Internet Explorer does not display the right hand sided scrollbar.

I have cleared cache and deleted the profile without success.

Any suggestions how to solve the problem?
