[TYPO3-project-4-3] Who is responsible for ext keys of sysexts

Hi,

Thanks for finding this loophole. To make things simple, transfer them 
to me (typo3.org username is "francois") and I'll check internally who 
wants to take over each key. It's rather symbolic anyway, the important 
thing is that they are not public anymore, and thank you again for that.
