[TYPO3-project-4-3] TCEforms extJsified

At one point there was a move to refactor the code to make it more 
OO-friendly. I guess that died due to complexity...

I'm not asking for much - a separation of code, so that it can be used 
elsewhere to render similar looking form but with different functionality.

Again - not a critique, just a suggestion.
