I like the general idea, so +1.

Please note, that you probably will run into problems with shipping TV 
DS/TO, as you might loose the mapping if there are any charset issues 
with the DB. So you will have to strictly use and enforce UTF-8 to be on 
the safe side ([BE][forceCharset]=utf-8, [SYS][setDBinit]=SET NAMES 
'utf8'). You might also have to define the default collation of the DB 
when it's created (would be a nice feature anyway, as MySQL by default 
uses some Swedish collation if I remember correctly).
