Hey,

version 9 of flash is required or the Flash Uploader.

That is correct. We still have the fallback, however the user needs to 
turn off/on the option in the User Setup for the mass file uploader 
himself, if he doesn't have flash installed.

Mass file uploader -- the point is to select multiple files with one 
click, this way you don't have to select 10 clicks.
