Hi,

final round: here is the new version.

I removed SWFOBJECT and QTOBJECT as CEs as they are no longer needed.
I localized all used labels.
I added a new field for optional parameters: Free Entry.
The syntax of this field is
flashvars.xyz = a
params.xyz = b
attributes.xyz = c

This is kind of TS-setting for the CE only and may be used for 
flashfiles need special parameters or some expert settings.

I really hope to get some testers.
