[TYPO3-project-4-3] Replace HTMLparser code with a PHP DOM extension based implementation

Hi!

The current implementation has a bug. removeTags doen't work properly.
Unfortunately the code is hard to maintain. So I suggest to move on to a
new code (maybe even in a new class) that is based on the PHP DOM extension.
