Include file can only be a part of documentation. It will not
provide immediate increase in performance for default TYPO3
installations. The goal of this thread is to have optimized TYPO3
installation by default. Having .htaccess gives much more
performance increase than decrease in this case. Compare 60 network
requests with 60 file reads from file system cache. What is better?
