Here is the latest version that I have now (latest != final).

Another question. It appears that dummy package is shipped with the
file names INSTALL.txt but that file is less technical than my
version. I guess I'll need to merge two versions into one. The dummy
version is attached here as INSTALL-dummy.txt.
