[TYPO3-project-4-3] MVC for 4.3?

Hey Danp,

completely ACK and +1. We need a slick, small and good MVC, i thought of 
having markers in a OO way and / or smarty as part of the view, and the 
"tcaobjects" as a model, then the extension classes would be the 
controllers.
This whole thing should then be a sysext (so 4.2 could use it as well 
when installing the mvc ext from TER).

I'd be in for reviewing and testing and for comments about the API. You 
have my full support for that feature! We need this!

Who owns the extension key "mvc" anyway? ;-)
