[TYPO3-UG Muenchen] Help: Uploading an Extension

Hello,

I'm new in this list.

I want to upload an Extension, but always I get the message 
"SOAP-ENV:Client: Bad Request". Whats wrong with my Input?

I'm using Typo3 4.1.1, PHP 5 and MYSQL 5
