Hi Thomas,
Responsive design is quiet simple and pleasant work for me. And I ready to
start asap with quick results.
It is reasonable job to be modern and responsive. Just Frontend adjustment.
We discussed another job before. So... You no need full redesign and
upgrade. You no need new extensions. And that is good. Current website has
high-quality design and still modern look and feel. Your current old TYPO3
version more powerful and much better than latest released. TYPO3 upgrade
seems most stupid thing we can do. Your TYPO3 stable and keeps its version
handling. That is big value. Save it.

So, I made full review of website and have some notes:

   1. UI should be reworked (css instead of backgraunds)
   2. Fix website search (no recent indexes, JS error in paginator)
   3. Create rootline menu
   4. Replace Image Viewer on Image Swiper
   5. Update icons (iconfont instead of images)
   6. Adjust Typography Issues
   7. Create News Archive Menu (by years and months)
   8. Adjust some CSS according to information logic

May be some other ideas could be later or during work.

My budget €300. One-two weeks.
