[TYPO3-jobs] Update 4.2.2 to 6.2 or 7.6 LTS

I have a lot of experience in updating TYPO3 from different Versions and in responsive Webdesign. I‘m located in Hamburg and I have 3 or 4 days a week since I closed my last project.
