[TYPO3-jobs] Translation platform in the making - developers wanted

Hello TYPO3 hackers and engineers!
I'm fishing for great developers and this pond seems like the right place to throw the bait in.
It's all about a translation platform/market. Customers come in with their projects, translators place their bids, translate and submit their work and admins oversee it all.
It's TYPO3 6.2.22, ExtBase, AngularJS with Powermail integration and all is heavily LAMP based (Debian). Freelancers welcome.
This is a long term project. The team communicates in English.
I'm the lead developer in the team so just let me know what you've got and you want.
