[TYPO3-jobs] Face detection

Hi,

I have an extension where visitor uploads an image of her/himself and 
the imagemagick creates some (funny) stuff on that image.

Now I'm interested to implement face detection to it so that in the 
result all the faces would be about same size.

This is pretty urgent and I need to investigate if this is within the 
budget. So please contact me if this was something you could do and give 
me your estimation on it.
