If one uses a website as a reference where they have not carried out any 
role is definitely a theft.

And yes we can use some term like 'Reference Archive' with year and 
screenshot of the project perhaps.


And for us we have more issues. We list only fairly old projects that 
were outsourced to us by Typo3 agencies/companies as we understand the 
business interest of the outsourcing company.

FiveE has listed projects which are 4-5 years old or were direct 
customers or we mention projects in way so that the websites are not 
identifiable.

Keeping in mind the interest of the outsourcing Typo3 agencies/companies 
is in our interest too.
