Hello 

I agree with Dieter that most of the agencies doesn’t like / allow to put header comments on their page. Reference check should always be done by phone or email. This can give 100% authenticity. Its matter of spreading awareness that each client should carry reference check of service provider and vice versa. This is the only way, we can create ecosystem in outsourcing industry and keep away from theives.

I know many who claims to be in this business for years with hundreds of reference but all are not speaking truth and at the end companies like us has to pay for this :)

BTW I like statement of Dieter “Not all of them are the same anyway. Only the ones with negative behavior stay in your memory longer than others.”. Thanks.
