Hi Ajay

I don't know how others who read this list think about it but:

1. I suggest if you post here you should post with your company email and
postal address of your company and website! I guess you have one made with
a CMS like TYPO3, Drupal, Wordpress or at least Joomla.

2. 50+ Projects, 10+ Marker Mapping - .... much better would be if you
could post some projects you did already. We i.e. receive every week mail
from Indian developers and when you ask them for references than some send
you some references even for TYPO3. The last one has send us over 10
references and none of those references was actually made by this company.
He was simply checking the web for some nice sites made with TYPO3 and than
posting sending those references to us. Bad for him was that we knew who
actually did those projects so we contacted those agencies, one in UK and
one in Croatia (even a Silver Member) and both denied that those Indian
developers have ever been involved in those projects! In other words your
writings like

"50 + 10+ etc is nothing at all worth as long as you don't play open cards
and send some real references and what you have really done on those 50 +
projects etc.

I would call it "Reference Hijacking" what those Indian Developers did.

Fortunately in India there are real TYPO3 Companies and they have also no
problem to post there addresses and link to references and especially to
their websites as they really have TYPO3 projects and not only nice numbers
and hijacked references.

3. I recommend actually to all Agencies and Developers to leave your ID in
the project - you know where - and additional use i.e. humans.txt.

small link to another forum post you posted in March 28 >

IMHO you would really help all Indian TYPO3 developers if you start playing
fair!

Post your Full Name and Company Name
Post your contact data - at least email and Address of your company, so
that people know with whom they are dealing and how to contact you beside
through the mailing list.
Post the project you want to have developed and add some brief details
about it.
or
Post you skill set but please for the skills post also some references so
the reader can check back with the site owners or Agencies etc you worked
with.

This is only a suggestion but I think it would really help to filter out
most of those TYPO3 Reference Hijackers. Both European Companies where we
had got the references from the Indian Company where actually happy that we
contacted them! I hope more people would do this. Perhaps our or your
projects get also used by other developers as references ;-)

I hope you redo your post in the way I mentioned.
