[TYPO3-jobs] automatic/scheduler "Clear all caches"

Hi,

I need the following feature for TYPO3 4.5 and 4.6:
- automatic/scheduled clearing of all caches (same effect as hitting the "Clear all caches")

I need the script (or an extension) and step by step instruction how to make it work.
