[TYPO3-jobs] Typogento assistance needed

I am trying to update a client site from

Magento 1.3.1, Typogento 0.5.1 and TYPO3 4.2.9

to

Magento 1.4.2 (or highest possible) Typogento latest and TYPO3 4.4.7 or 
4.5.2

I have been unsuccessful doing this on a development site.

I am looking for paid assistance from someone with a working 
installation with the most updated versions possible.
