[TYPO3-jobs] dbal expert with MS SQL knowhow needed

Hi 

in a large current project under development which is running TYPO3 (4.5.3) with MS SQL 2008 as the database we are currently having problems getting the system to work with PHP 5.3 and the native MS driver. Besides some encoding troubles we are currently developing with PHP 5.2.x and the PHP mssql driver with no support beyond PHP 5.2.x.

Is anybody listening here or does someone know somebody who can support us with the configuration of the environment? Commercial support would also be possible.
