[TYPO3-jobs] redmine integration like forge.typo3.org

Hello together...
i need a redmine integration with a sso like in forge.typo3.org for a 
project in the next two month.
My problem is, i have NO expiriece with ruby rails redmine...
on a testserver i've got ruby rails and redmine running, but on my 
target server (debian lenny with the docroot in the home directory) 
not... (it seems so that i do a little mistake when i tried it)
in the meantime it also could be that some of my trys should be the 
wrong thing)

at the first step i need the help of someone who can do the basic 
installation (i think a professional would do it in 1-2 hours - i need 
this in the next week):
ruby - rails - gems - subversion - redmine
and the automatic subversion directory installation in redmine

at the second step i need the sso intergration in a TYPO3 installation 
like in forge (this i need in the next two month)

please tell me your price for step 1 and step 2
