[TYPO3-jobs] Extension Developer Needed

I am looking for someone who can help me add functionality and/or 
customize features of the extension cwt_community.

I need to get the following features:

1. Modify User List so it displays a limited number of users and then 
has a page browser to view other members.

2. Modify Profile view to add features like Add Buddy & Send Message. 
For some reason the markers for these items, which work in the User List 
template, do not work in the Profile template.

3. Add the ability to set a status, similar to facebook status, that is 
displayed on every profile, can be updated when looking at your own 
profile, etc.

4. Add the ability to tease recently added users (ie, a box on home page 
that shows the last 5 new members)

I always have more work that can be done, so would like to find someone 
with very solid TYPO3 extension experience.

Please just let me know what your hourly rate would be and a rough 
estimate of how many hours it would take to complete the above items.
