Contractor (being the Limited Company introduced by ConnectLogic) to
carry out an Assignment (being the period during which the Contractor is
engaged to provide consultancy services) or the introduction of a
Contractor to any third party resulting in an engagement renders you
subject to the payment of an introduction fee calculated at 20% of the
annual gross taxable remuneration and emoluments payable to the
Contractor provided that the engagement takes place within a period of 6
