Dear TYPO3 community,

I'm am looking to hire an international TYPO3 developer part-time 4h/day.

I WANT TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE PROGRAMMER - NO MIDDLE MAN

Company description:
     * I'm running only one web page. But I like constant development 
and improvement. The page now has about 10 000 views per day. The topic 
of the page is Ashtanga Yoga.
For the further developement various new extensions are necessary, other 
extensions need to be modified or finished. Beside the pure Typo3 work 
there are also web master tasks, such as link exchange, updating 
content, dealing with design, ...
The organization of various processes shall be included into the web 
page. See tx_party for the vision.

You must:
     * have 1 year of TYPO3 experience with at least 5 projects finished 
including TYPOSCRIPT
     * have 3 years of experience with PHP / MYSQL / CSS / JAVASCRIPT
     * have a good understanding and writing in English
     * be fast
     * be familiar with linux (you run Ubuntu or something else)
     * be pro-active
     * deliver quality code with few bugs
     * understand the scope and the goals of the projects (not just do 
as you are told)

Tasks:
     * support existing TYPO3 projects (DAM, tx_party, ...)
     * complete started projects
     * handle complete small projects
     * writing / updating the manual of the developed / changed extensions
     * web design for this projects
     * SEO for the web page
     * handling link exchanges
     * updating content to the page
     * you are welcome to find new tasks and projects - just use your 
creativity. Anything that makes sense to the big picture can be your task.

Conditions:
     * Part-time job - 4 hours /day
     * Base salary: 680$ / month (part-time)
     * You must be available by chat 4 hours / day during GMT time (8am 
- 10pm)
     * I want a work very short protocol for each week, cause I want to 
know what is going on.
