What does this actually mean?
GMT +/- 4h ???
Does he want to come to the programmers? or invite the programmers???
Travel cost cheaper?
Why is an offer: Available via phone/skype/msn ... from GMT 9:00 to
GMT 18:00 not sufficient???
Especially if he wants REMOTE developing?
I do not see any reason for that request.
Some programmers like to work from 5pm to 3 am, .... If THIS programmer
is living in +/4 GMT, he would not be able to reach him.
Wouldn't it be better to standardize such requests so that both sides
can work together easy? Are there sample contracts available?
my 2 cents!
