[TYPO3-install] admin tools - language admin - list missing Indonesian

Hello,

We have installed a new site for a partner in Indonesia. When looking under Admin Tools / Language Administration, the list is missing the Indonesian language. How does one add a new lanuage to this list.

A question which hopefully is answered by the answer to the first question, is... does this list also get used by the default language selection list when building a new user? ( I believe this is yes)
