[TYPO3-install] frontend always redirects to install tool at one.com

Hello all

I'm using typo3 6.2.3 with bootstrap introduction package and one.com as web host.

this package uses mod_rewrite for search engine friendly 'speaking' URL's.

the database connection works and i can access the backend. I tested by echoing the result of php database connection function.

one.com has no exec and other php functions not enabled.
