[TYPO3-install] Update auf 4.7.19: Fatal error: Class 'tx_em_Tools' not found

Hello,

I wanted to update a Website for security reasons to 4.7.19 as adviced. I startet updating a 4.7.4-Version directly to 4.7.19, but changing to the repository following error apeared:

Fatal error: Class 'tx_em_Tools' not found in /.../typo3_src-4.7.19/typo3/sysext/em/classes/index.php on line 234

I tought of importent changes between 4.7.4 and 4.7.19 and so I first changed to .10: Repository worked. I changed from version to version to .19. Even .18 worked, but .19 gives error.

I did:
-> cleared all caches (BA, Installtool, typo3cache via FTP)
-> updated all Extensions to their highest possible value and removed unused. 
-> Imported statics

I have the suspicion, that there is an error in the latest release.

Could anyone confirm that?
