[TYPO3-install] can't navigate through website

Nope.

It suppose it should be a problem with your htaccess file. You either 
have none or apache is configured that it don't read it or you are 
working in a subdirectory and don't changed the rewrite base or the 
rewrite module isn't installed in apache.
