You configured a warning email adress in the Install Tool and you somehow 
misconfigured it.

You should turn on PHP error reporting and check the log in backend. On top 
of that, please verify all logging in debugging settings in the Install 
Tool.
Please use the email form at basic configuration to verify that your email 
settings are correct.
