[TYPO3-install] Upgrade 4.3->4.5 renders backend inaccessible

hi,

try to turn back to version 4.3, and do a downgrade in the install tool
with the update tool. then upgrade to version 4.4 correctly. tham check
your website again if it does Funktion correctly. then so an upgrade to
version 4.5..  alwas upgrade from one version to the next higher version.
(4.3 -> 4.4, 4.4->4.5, 4.5->4.6)
