[TYPO3-install] Problem with image processing in Introductory Package

I also tried:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_useStripProfileByDefault'] = 1;
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_version_5'] = 'im6';

and

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_useStripProfileByDefault'] = 0;

and

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_version_5'] = 'gm';

and

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im'] = '0'; // (it was 1)

but it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?
