[TYPO3-install] [TYPO3 Install List ]Real URL extension

In the newest  Version of realurl, there is a new Configuration
File realurl_conf.php in typo3conf/. All the RealUrl Stuff goes from
localconf.php
into this new configuration file. You can change Details in EM.
